3. Multi‑Shipment Orders

To offer a wider range of products, some items are fulfilled directly by our trusted brand partners.

As a result:

  • Your order may arrive in multiple shipments
  • Each shipment will include its own tracking number
  • You will not be charged extra for split deliveries

This is normal and does not affect your total shipping cost.

  4. Products That May Incur Supplier‑Included Shipping Costs (Important)

These charges are built into the wholesale cost by the manufacturer or distributor and cannot be removed, adjusted, or separated by XENTUR.

Because these costs are embedded:

  • They are not affected by our free shipping offer
  • They may appear priced differently compared to other items
  • They may be listed at a higher retail price due to supplier‑included shipping

This applies only to specific products where the supplier includes shipping costs directly in the product price.
