- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. Please allow additional days for dispatch and delivery.

Shipping charges are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Multi‑Shipment Orders
To offer a wider range of products, some items are fulfilled directly by our trusted brand partners.
As a result:
- Your order may arrive in multiple shipments
- Each shipment will include its own tracking number
- You will not be charged extra for split deliveries
This is normal and does not affect your total shipping cost.
4. Products That May Incur Supplier‑Included Shipping Costs (Important)
Certain products—particularly cosmetics and beauty items—include supplier‑imposed shipping costs within the product price.
These charges are built into the wholesale cost by the manufacturer or distributor and cannot be removed, adjusted, or separated by XENTUR.
Because these costs are embedded:
- They do not incur additional shipping fees at checkout
- They are not affected by our free shipping offer
- They may appear priced differently compared to other items
- They may be listed at a higher retail price due to supplier‑included shipping
This applies only to specific products where the supplier includes shipping costs directly in the product price.

XENTUR is not responsible for delays outside our control, but we will always assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
