  4. 4 We will refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the returned products or proof of postage.
  5. 5 You are responsible for the cost of returning the products unless they are faulty or misdescribed.

 

8. Faulty or Misdescribed Products

 

  1. 1 If products are faulty or misdescribed, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

17. XENTUR+ Membership Programme

The XENTUR+ Membership (“Membership”) is an optional subscription service that provides members with monthly store credit and additional benefits. By enrolling in XENTUR+, you agree to the following Membership‑specific terms, which apply in addition to the general Terms and Conditions.

 

17.1 Membership Fee & Billing

  1. The Membership fee is £8.50 per month, billed automatically every 30 days to the payment method you provide.
  2. By subscribing, you authorise XENTUR to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
  3. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected, your Membership and any unused credit may be suspended or cancelled.
  4. Membership fees are non‑refundable once monthly credit has been issued.

 

17.2 Monthly Store Credit

  1. Active members receive £14.99 in store credit every 30 days (“Membership Credit”).
  2. Membership Credit is issued digitally to your customer account and can be used on eligible products across the store.
  3. Membership Credit has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for money.
  4. Membership Credit may not be used to purchase gift cards or other restricted items.
  5. XENTUR may adjust eligible categories at any time for operational or legal reasons.

 

17.3 Credit Expiry & Balance Rules

  1. Membership Credit is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
  2. Unused credit expires automatically and cannot be reinstated, refunded, or rolled over.
  3. Expired credit does not create any right to a refund of the Membership fee.
  4. You are responsible for checking your credit balance and expiry dates within your account.

 

17.4 Refunds & Chargebacks

  1. Once Membership Credit has been issued for a billing cycle, the Membership fee for that cycle becomes non‑refundable.
  2. If you request a chargeback after using Membership Credit, XENTUR reserves the right to:
    • revoke access to your account,
    • cancel your Membership,
    • recover the value of redeemed credit,
    • refuse future Membership enrolment.
  3. Fraudulent chargebacks will be treated as misuse of the service.

 

17.5 Cancellation Policy

  1. You may cancel your Membership at any time, without penalty.
  2. Cancellation must be completed through your customer account or by contacting us at enquiries@xenturstore.com.
  3. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund previous charges.
  4. Any unused Membership Credit at the time of cancellation will remain valid until its normal expiry date.
  5. If you cancel after a billing date, your Membership remains active until the end of the current 30‑day cycle.

 

17.6 Fair Use & Misuse

To protect the integrity of the Membership programme, XENTUR reserves the right to suspend or terminate Memberships that engage in:

  • repeated chargebacks,
  • fraudulent activity,
  • abuse of credit redemption,
  • creation of multiple accounts,
  • attempts to convert credit into cash,
  • behaviour inconsistent with normal consumer use.

Termination for misuse does not entitle the member to a refund.

 

17.7 Changes to Membership Terms

  1. XENTUR may update Membership pricing, credit value, or terms for operational or legal reasons.
  2. Members will be notified in advance of any material changes.
  3. Continued use of the Membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

 

17.8 Liability

  1. XENTUR is not liable for losses arising from:
    • expired credit,
    • failure to redeem credit,
    • account access issues caused by incorrect login details,
    • misuse of the Membership by the customer.
  2. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

 

  17.9 Re‑Joining After Cancellation (Important)

  1. If you cancel your Membership and later choose to re‑join, a new Membership cycle will begin immediately upon reactivation.
  2. Upon re‑joining, the £8.50 Membership fee will be charged again, and a new 30‑day cycle will start.
  3. A fresh £14.99 Membership Credit will be issued only after the new Membership fee has been successfully collected.
  4. Any previously expired or unused credit from a prior Membership period cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
  5. XENTUR reserves the right to refuse re‑activation in cases of repeated cancellations, chargebacks, or misuse of the Membership programme.
